All About The PARts Community Portal

What is the PARts Community Portal and Why is it Important?

If you have a feature suggestion or request for PARts Console, PARts B2, or any other General Feedback to provide, then PARts Community Page is the best place to share it.

The PARts Community Portal is an extension of the PARts Help Desk Portal, and serves as the central hub for all PARts Feature Requests and Feedback from our users. By sharing your ideas and improvement suggestions on the portal, you help us develop technology that is directly relevant to your buisness needs.

You can also browse and vote on exisiting feature requests & feedback on the Portal, helping the PARts team to know where improvements are possible. Voting is crucial: When a request reaches a set voting threshold, the PARts team will prioritise that suggestion in our product roadmap and complete it as soon as possible.
